If you were one of the 135,000 people using GummySearch, your audiences, saved searches and bookmarks are still there. Access ends November 30, 2026 and everything is permanently deleted the next day. No grace period has been announced, and there is no retrieval process afterwards.

Ordered by how painful each one is to rebuild from scratch. If you only have ten minutes, do the first item and stop.

Export your audiences first
These are the hardest to rebuild: each one is a curated group of subreddits you assembled by hand over time. Open each audience and copy out the subreddit list. Even a plain text file is enough, because what matters is the names.

Then your saved searches and keyword lists
These are the phrases you found actually surfaced buyers, which took real trial and error to learn. They transfer to any keyword-based tool, and they are worth more than they look.

Then anything you bookmarked
Saved posts and conversations. Copy the Reddit permalinks rather than the post text: the posts themselves stay on Reddit, so a link keeps working after GummySearch is gone.

Skip the audience reports
The clustered pain-point summaries are the one thing with no portable format. If a specific report is load-bearing for you, screenshot it. Otherwise let it go, because re-deriving that analysis is faster than trying to preserve it.

Your subreddit list is the portable part. Any tool that watches Reddit takes a list of subreddits, and your keywords go alongside it. That includes us, and it includes the other tools in this space. Export first and decide afterwards, because a deadline is a bad reason to pick a tool.

When exactly is GummySearch data deleted?
Existing paid subscribers keep access until November 30, 2026. All user data is permanently deleted the following day, December 1, 2026. There is no grace period announced after that date and no retrieval process, so anything you have not exported by then is gone.
What actually gets deleted?
Everything tied to your account: the audiences you built (your saved groups of subreddits), your saved searches and keyword lists, any conversations or posts you bookmarked, and your audience reports. The underlying Reddit posts still exist on Reddit. What disappears is your organisation of them, which is the part you spent time building.
Can I still log in to export?
Yes, if you were a paid subscriber before November 30, 2025. Access continues through November 30, 2026, so the export path is still open. If your subscription lapsed after the closure, you may find your access already ended, since access ran to the end of each subscriber's own billing period.
Do I need to move to another tool right away?
No. Export first, choose second. Your export is a list of subreddits, keywords and saved posts, which is portable to any tool or to a spreadsheet. Making a rushed tool decision under a deadline is how people end up paying for something that doesn't fit.
