Terms of Service — FindEvo

These Terms replace the version dated May 30, 2026. As required by Section 15, we are giving 14 days’ notice; the previous version remains in effect until August 17, 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FindEvo (the “Service”) at gofindevo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
FindEvo is operated by an individual founder based in Ankara, Turkey. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FindEvo regarding your use of the Service.
Our primary domain is gofindevo.com. We also use getfindevo.com for outbound email. References to “findevo.com” in earlier versions of these Terms are superseded.
2. Description of Service
FindEvo is a SaaS tool that helps founders and small teams find potential customers on Reddit. The Service:
- Analyzes a website URL you submit to infer your product, buyer and target audience
- Suggests relevant Reddit communities (subreddits) and keywords
- Scans the subreddits you choose in the background and scores posts and comments for buying intent and fit with your ideal customer profile
- Flags competing tools mentioned in a thread and indicates thread freshness
- Provides approach guidance: angles, talking points, tone and a verified quote from the original post
- Assesses ban risk for a subreddit based on its published rules, and compares them against the public karma and account age of a Reddit account you nominate
- Checks a draft you have written for patterns commonly associated with AI-generated text
- Tracks a daily engagement quota and warns you when your activity for the day looks aggressive for Reddit
- Provides a lead pipeline to track conversations from first contact to conversion
- On the Pro plan, provides a read-only public API and an MCP server for programmatic access to your own data
Important: FindEvo provides strategic guidance, never ready-to-send messages. The Service does not post, comment or send messages to Reddit on your behalf, and it does not write your outreach copy for you. You write and send everything yourself, and you are solely responsible for all content you publish on Reddit.
3. Account Registration
To use FindEvo you must:
- Provide a valid email address
- Create a secure password
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have authority to agree to these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of your organization
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at contact@gofindevo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and Pricing
4.1 Free Plan
New accounts begin on the Free plan and remain there until you choose to subscribe. No payment method is required and the Free plan does not expire. It carries lower limits than the paid plans, including the number of subreddits you may track, how often they are scanned, and how many scored threads you can open. Current limits are shown on our pricing page and may change over time.
If a paid subscription is cancelled or lapses, the account returns to the Free plan rather than losing access, subject to the Free plan limits then in effect.
4.2 List Pricing
The Free plan described in 4.1 carries no charge and is not listed below. Paid plan rates are:

4.3 Launch Pricing and Price Lock
A launch campaign is currently active. The discount is applied automatically at checkout; no code is required. Campaign rates are:

If you subscribe while the campaign is running, that rate is locked for the life of your subscription, including all features we add later. It does not increase when the campaign ends.
The price lock applies only while your subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and later resubscribe after the campaign has ended, the then-current list price applies. If you switch between Starter and Pro while the campaign is running, the campaign rate for the new plan applies.
The campaign end date is shown on the pricing page. When the campaign ends, list pricing in Section 4.2 applies to new subscriptions only.
4.4 Price Authority
The amount shown on the checkout page operated by Creem.io is the amount you will be charged and prevails over any price displayed elsewhere on the site. If you believe you have been charged an amount that does not match what was displayed, contact us at contact@gofindevo.com and we will correct it.
4.5 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Creem.io, acting as Merchant of Record and handling global tax compliance. By subscribing you agree to Creem.io’s processing of your payment information. We never receive or store your full card details.
4.6 Renewal, Changes and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time through Settings or the billing portal, or by emailing contact@gofindevo.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
4.7 Refunds
Because the Free plan lets you evaluate the Service for as long as you like before paying, we do not offer refunds for periods already used, except where required by applicable consumer law. Where mandatory withdrawal or refund rights apply to you, they are honoured in full and are administered by Creem.io as Merchant of Record. We may also grant a discretionary refund within 14 days of a first charge if the Service did not work as described; contact us and we will look at it.
4.8 Complimentary and Administrative Access
We may grant plan access to a small number of accounts without payment, for example for administration, support, demonstrations or early testers. Such access may be modified or withdrawn at any time and carries no price lock.
5. Plan Limits and Fair Use
FindEvo does not use credits or per-post fees. Intent scoring of posts and comments inside the subreddits you monitor is unmetered. Plans are bounded by the following limits:

Scanning frequency. Frequencies above are targets, not guarantees. Scanning depends on third-party data availability and may be delayed or interrupted.
Adaptive scanning. To keep the Service economically sustainable, a subreddit that has produced no qualifying leads for your product across a meaningful sample of scored posts is scanned less frequently. It is never stopped permanently, and it is evaluated separately for each product: a community that is unproductive for one product may remain fully active for another.
Existing accounts above a limit. If your account exceeds a limit because it was created under earlier, higher limits, your existing rows are preserved. We do not remove them. Only adding beyond the current limit is blocked.
Changes to limits. These limits reflect measured infrastructure cost and may be adjusted as the Service evolves. We will give at least 14 days’ notice by email or in-app before reducing a limit that applies to an existing subscription.
Daily engagement quota. The Service tracks the outreach activity you log and warns you when it exceeds a level we consider risky for a Reddit account. This warning is advisory. It does not block you, and ignoring it does not violate these Terms.
6. Acceptable Use
6.1 You may use FindEvo to
- Find potential customers for legitimate products and services
- Research Reddit communities relevant to your business
- Manage your outreach pipeline and track leads
- Generate approach guidance for authentic, manual community engagement
6.2 You may not use FindEvo to
- Spam Reddit communities or send unsolicited bulk messages
- Violate Reddit’s Terms of Service, Content Policy, or any subreddit’s rules
- Automate posting, commenting or messaging on Reddit, including by feeding FindEvo output into an automated posting tool
- Operate or coordinate multiple Reddit accounts to disguise the source of promotion
- Collect personal data about Reddit users beyond what the Service surfaces, or use that data for any purpose other than your own outreach
- Engage in deceptive, misleading or fraudulent marketing
- Promote illegal products, services or activities
- Harass, stalk or harm Reddit users
- Circumvent Reddit’s rate limits or anti-spam measures
- Circumvent, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, its plan limits or its API
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute FindEvo’s outputs or API data as a standalone product or service
- Use the Service to build or improve a competing product
6.3 Reddit Compliance and Ban Risk
You are solely responsible for ensuring your Reddit activity complies with Reddit’s Terms of Service and with the rules of each community you engage in.
The ban risk assessment, the subreddit rule summaries, the karma and account age comparison, the AI-writing check and the daily quota warning are automated heuristics offered as guidance. They are derived from publicly published rules and text patterns, they can be incomplete or out of date, and they are not a prediction, assurance or guarantee of any outcome. A low risk score does not mean you will not be removed, filtered, shadowbanned or banned. Always read the current rules yourself before you post.
FindEvo is not responsible for any Reddit account suspension, ban, post or comment removal, or any other consequence of your activity on Reddit or any other platform.
7. API and MCP Access
Programmatic access is available on the Pro plan.
- API keys are shown once, at creation. We store only a cryptographic hash and cannot recover a lost key. Generate a new one instead.
- You are responsible for keeping your keys secret. Activity authenticated with your key is treated as your activity. Revoke a key immediately at Settings if it may have been exposed.
- Keys authenticate to your own data only. The published endpoints are read-only; the API cannot post to Reddit, send messages, or modify your account.
- Access is checked against your subscription on every request. If your subscription lapses or you move to a plan without API access, existing keys stop working.
- Rate limits apply as stated in Section 5. Requests over the limit are rejected and do not count against you.
- You may hold up to 10 active keys per account. Revoked keys are not deleted; the revocation is retained so a compromised key can never be reactivated.
- The API and the MCP server are provided on the same “as is” basis as the rest of the Service. Endpoints may change; we will give reasonable notice of breaking changes where practical.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our property
The FindEvo service, including its software, design, scoring systems and prompts, is owned by FindEvo and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify or reverse engineer any part of it.
8.2 Your content
You retain ownership of everything you provide: website URLs, product descriptions, survey answers, lead notes, drafts and pipeline data. You grant us a limited licence to process and display that content within the Service solely to provide the features described here.
8.3 AI outputs
Approach guides and other generated output are yours to use for your own outreach. You may not resell or sublicense them as a standalone product or service. Because outputs are generated by a statistical model, we make no claim of exclusivity: similar output may be generated for other users.
9. Third-Party Services and Data
The Service depends on third parties, including Reddit, our Reddit data provider, our AI provider, our payment processor, and our hosting and email providers. These are listed in our Privacy Policy.
FindEvo accesses publicly available Reddit content. Your use of that content through FindEvo remains subject to Reddit’s Terms of Service and API policies. Reddit or any of our providers may change, restrict, price or withdraw access at any time, which may affect or remove features. We make no warranty as to the availability, accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any third-party data.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. FindEvo does not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free
- Intent scores, ICP fit scores, competitor detection or approach guidance will be accurate, or will result in successful outreach, users, customers or revenue
- Reddit data will be complete, accurate or up to date
- Your use of the Service will comply with Reddit’s terms or any subreddit’s rules
- Any automated risk assessment will prevent a ban, removal or other enforcement action
FindEvo is not responsible for any Reddit account bans, post or comment removals, or other consequences resulting from your use of the Service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindEvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, account loss or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
FindEvo’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to FindEvo in the 3 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold FindEvo harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your outreach activity, your use of Reddit or any other platform, or your breach of these Terms or of any third party’s rights.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Use the Service to spam or harm others
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Fail to meet your payment obligations
- Create risk or legal exposure for FindEvo or for our providers
Where the issue is not urgent, we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix it.
You may terminate at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. On termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Deletion is permanent and we cannot restore a deleted account.
14. Changes to the Service
FindEvo is an actively developed product. We may add, change or remove features. We will not remove a feature that is material to your plan without at least 14 days’ notice by email or in-app.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara, Turkey.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rules, nothing here deprives you of the protection of those rules or of the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
17. General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the business, on notice to you.
